So now that she is pregnant already, when you go for the interview they might possibly not grant it because they know is purely to give birth that you are interested in the application

Please I quite do not understand your question. Does C-section have inducement? I know labour can be induced and then you can either give birth through vagina birthing or surgery and I know, Brazil hospital does both in the government/public hospitals.
