Some students have mentioned to me how they enjoy helping "mommy" at home with little tasks so....take this as an opportunity to have those students work with others in the class to engage in the ability to motive (which can also help with behavioral issues) and encourage other students to want to help all while learning to engage in an effective learning process.

The strategies Offer Meaningful Roles, Let Children lead, and Encourage children to take roles will help them have responsibility in the classroom.
