Nice talk, love the topic and examples. You have made a difficult topic easier to understand and made us realize that we all may struggle at times. You do have good approaches in giving feedbacks to employees, but i must say that in most black african countries, relating to employees is rather being offensive but in anyways, i have derived better approaches from your video. Behaviours while seeking for a job is also a key thing on must take into cognizance, most of our young men and women need to really take their time to learn the dos and donts of seeking for jobs. Also dressing neat and looking good should be one of the top priority to avoid odour oozing from the employees's body.
