Physio Student here, been watching since your Happy Hour appearance and absolutely love this challenge! Wanted to add that it seems your back problems have kicked off since having the new truck....not sure if it's how you've been sitting or sleeping in it as seems that's your (Russ's) main live in vehicle now, might be nothing but just a thought as albeit small sometimes these slight things have a big impact (sleep posture in new vehicle, lack of sleep during first few days when the group had to separate?) Not that you'll want it but if the (very) risky anti-biotics don't work then a few rest days or even a rest week might be needed! Stay strong and keep up the positivity! Only Forwards! 🙌💪

No hate man all love I can confirm I am real and a student! Sometimes our body makes small adaptations to changes (such as different sleeping positions, for example in the new truck?) that seems small but actually could be the 'tip of the iceberg' for issues or injuries to occur - might not be that but just a suggestion as I have been binge watching the last 2 months episodes I've missed! The whole Mali/Burkina Faso/Niger area has a massive amount of terrorism from ISIS-affiliated groups, especially Mali . Obviously the entire mission has them running through somewhat dodgy areas a lot, but that was more of the "we're going to rob you and take your money" sort of problem like in Angola, which sucks but isn't mission-ending (or life-ending!), not the "we're going to kidnap you for years and potentially chop your head off" sort of problem you'd have in Mali.
