yea its hard because you have to do it in the mini fight with asterius, which i kept avoiding because i didn't see the point in doing it (until i realized that doing it removes some of his health during the main fight)

The other comment here says it's supposed to pop up as a prophecy?? 😭 I reached the epilogue with almost a 100 hours and 90+ runs and I haven't seen a mention of this beyond Hypnos asking about it a 2nd time

It takes dying to Asterius and Theseus a few times in order to get Hypnos to keep asking Zagreus for it, which will eventually make Zagreus ask Asterius. If you've gotten good enough to defeat the Heroes consistently before you get this dialogue, it becomes almost impossible to get it organically.

Apparently you also need to die to the bull in the mini boss rooms a few times. I would suggest checking a guide for this quest and follow all the steps.

In all honesty hypnos could easily beat asterius he'll just have asterius fall asleep when the fight begins
