I used solder sleeves for 25years now (was an aircraft electrician now an engineer) they work amazing! I needed a non military source! Solder stick sounds great!

You can find them all over amazon, but I find almost nobody carries them in store oddly enough. I think the only time I've ever seen them on a shelf was in a boat/jet ski repair store, something strange like that

Quick tip for the 3d printed emblems for Hillbilly, if he sets his slicer for a filament change on the last couple of layers and swaps filament to the other color there's no paint job needed. Ask Matt if you could see the welding helmet hangers I made him sometime, they turned out sweet!

As an auto repair technician, I bought and started using those solder connectors. Everyone I have ever used ultimately came back. It's a cold solder joint. The copper wire is never properly heated for the solder to flow and stick, so it's a cold joint. Will hold at first. But 8 months later, it comes back. Heads up!

I totally agree with you. I went one step ahead and I’m now using straight bare copper crimps that I cover with heat shrinks or tape. Manufacturers use this when they splice their wires in the harness.

Easiest way to install stickers is by spraying windex on the area then applying the sticker on while it is wet. You can adjust the sticker sliding it into place then use a credit card like a squeegee to easily push out bubbles and the Windex. What little moisture is still under the sticker will evaporate and not be a problem. I’ve put a lot of stickers on commercial vehicles this way and it works like a charm every time and leaves no bubbles under the sticker.

Have been using solderstick daily for almost two years now as I'm a low voltage electrician and absolutely stand behind them. They do get expensive when using them the way I do but I absolutely swear by them and have showed so many other techs them. My favorite part is that when used to repair inline broke wires from being ripped through conduit that they aren't bulky making it impossible to pull the wire the rest of the way through the conduit pipes I've put three side by side then a little electrical tape holding them in a bundle and they shot right through the rest the pipe with zero problem! 😉 So solderstick sponsor me and I'll continue putting your products to work and proofing to other electricians that they are worth the extra money you'll have to pay because unlike others knockoff products. Love the Samuraj 💛 If you ever thinking of installing extra headlights: Suzuki does NOT do electric like other car manufacturers (especially 1985 and older). If i remember right you need plus on both headloghts for a starter.
