Reason for keybinds is movement. Player movement is far better than mob movement due to strafing, jumps, and pathing of mobs. The use of the mouse is critical for camera and movement so dedicating it to clicking is a disadvantage. Kiting really benefits from being able to snap the character around mid jump, hit a button while you're facing the mob, and then snapping back in the direction you're moving. That said, keybinding is a lot to get used to. We all forget because we've done it for decades. Start with having your core abilities on a few binds. Q, E, R, T, 1-5. This is the stuff you're using all the time and would want to use on the move. For example, a warrior would really want to bind hamstring, sunder armor, charge/intercept as a macro, and taunt. After you expand to less common abilities as you get used to the keys. Z, x, c, v, f, g. Shift and ctrl variants. Just add a bit at a time, use it for a couple days, then add more. In a few weeks you'll be doing it easily.

I strafe q and e with a and d rebound as an alternate(q and e are default strafe and many league players prefer it

I prefer replacing keyboard turn but yeah, it's not too important. People need to feel like they can ease into the swap is all.
