I think Crabbe looks more like Goyle now with that hairpiece. Admittedly it’s pretty hard for characters with buzz cuts.

Great adjustments! The only one I don't really agree with is the Lockhart from Diagon Alley. I think this is a case of people seeing colours differently. To me his robes are more purple than blue in the movies. And in the books it is stated that his favourite colour is in fact lilac. I think that also influenced the designers to make his robes purple rather than blue.

So, Gilderoy Lockhart is my favorite Harry Potter character, so of course when I saw the reveal of the Chamber of Secrets set and saw that it had Gilderoy Lockhart with no cape, I started searching for a cape to be as close to his appearance in the movie possible. Long story short, I went with Luke Skywalkers cape from the Ahch-to set, it matches the color of his cape and the contrast with his suit, in the movie pretty well, I think. But your's is still a good improvement, just a thought.😁👍

I love some of the ideas, i've been collecting all the almost all the new figs and improving them. You should give Hermione and Luna (Y5) Cho's skirt. Because they all wear skirts in Order of the Phoenix

See, here’s my dilemma, I want to make all of these figures better (and I can), but I also want to keep all of the original figs (for collectors purposes). It’s the same with all the sets, I take them apart for my own, more realistic Hogwarts MOC etc. But then don’t get to keep the sets to put on display. :/

I don't really like this Snape's head version. The proportions are off (lips are too low) and the design is inconsistent with current line (black facial details instead of fleshy tones), so for me it stands out too much in a bad way to be an improvement. Overall, very good video.

I know this movie is over a year old and this won't be seen but there is actually a perfect colour for Lockhart. Or rather was as it has been discontinued. The 2002 Jango Fett had a uniqie colour of purple that was nearly 1:1 with Lockhart in Diagon Alley.

I think Dark Tan might work better for Wormtail's hair. The less kind Fleur works well for the Hungarian Horntail set Fleur, since she looks more determined. But for the dance Fleur, the kinder face is definately an improvement. The 'perfect snape' head is far from perfect, it doesn't fit with Lego's modern figures at all. A lot of the older Harry Potter figures look super off when put next to modern stuff, tho. Luna was short in every appearance, so mid legs for her Half Blood Prince figure makes sense.

I know this video came out a while ago, but when you said luna was a 4th year, according to the books she isn't. Now, I've only read the first two books, so unless she got held back, this should be right. In the sorcerer's/philosophers stone, during the sorting ceremony Luna is one of the students that is sorted into ravenclaw, which means she is a year 5 in order of the Phoenix
