It’s like if there was an inch of free soil they stuck a bush in it. Just my opinion but it seems way too over-planted for my taste. It’s attractive but much too busy for me.

There is a lot in there and it probably needs a good revamp! Some of the shrubs could possibly be cut hard back. A lot would need replacing! 🙂👍
