A couple of notes: 1. If you remembers, there was another girl with Sabito, Makomo. She is actually older than both him and Giyu and had already been dead at that point 2. One of the guys part of Giyu's group is Murata, the low-ranking demon slayer that Tanjiro met when fighting all the spider demons. Dude is lucky af to survive this long

Seeing Giyu in pain hits us (and you) hard because he's been *so stoic* the entire time. He's never let anyone see his emotions go, so having that peek behind the curtain to see how much suffering he's in and puts himself through breaks our hearts.

Giyu is one of the most favourite characters for me. In the first season he literally spared Nezuko and sent them to Urokodaki. After, he saved him from lower moon 5 and from hashiras, who were trying to kill Nezuko. And on the trial he put his life on a line for them. "If Nezuko will attack human, he, Tanjiro and Urokodaki will atone by committing seppuku".

The red haori that he wore when he was younger was the color his older sister, who died protecting him, originally wore. So Giyu's current haori honors the sacrifices of her and Sabito by combining their colors/patterns for his own.

Muichiroh Tokitoh's crow's name is "Ginko", who is an overbearing crow who dotes on Muichiroh and doesn't get along well with other crows.The voice actor is Rie Kugimiya, the queen of Moe Moe Tsunderes. Mitsuri Kanroji's Kasugai crow's name is "Urara'', which the voice actor is the eternal 17-year-old Yui Horie. GiyuuTomioka's Kasugai crow's name is "Kanzaburoh'' of Grandpa. Voice actor unknown. Either shes probably havent eaten alot to set Alarm bells in Tanjiro or she hasnt eaten a human in so long that Tanjiro can no longer smell the exact amount of people shes eaten.

Shinobu is always Angry....I swear people's memories are so bad these days.....As to why she is having trouble focusing, is another story.....Clearly has something to do with the Demon that killed her Sister and No! It ain't Tamayo! If you think about it for one second, you will have the answer to the "Is it Tamayo question?" They wouldn't ask Tamayo to work with the Demon Slayers, Specially Shinobu! If she killed Shinobu's Sister. Plus they have been setting up these two working together since Season 1! If you haven't noticed. The master told Tanjiro to send his regards to Tamayo in season 1! Shinobu wanted to find a "Kind" Demon like her sister believed there to be. Plus why would Shinobu tell her sister how to kill the Demon. When Tamayo will just walk into the "Headquaters" of the Demon Slayers. Tamayo just Doesn't fit the bill! But if your memory is good and you remember some details about certain individuals. You can figure out who it might be. That same information tells you about another individual and it will only hit you harder when you finally see their backstory.
