they are both around the same strength as the author portrayed during the hasria training arc where giyuu and sanemi fight with wood sword and they break simultaniously from the strength of both attacks. So therefore Giyuu and Sanemi should have an equal power level. (If sanemi's marechi blood is not being taken into account here)

It would be equal if giyuu had see through world but he doesnt he only has his mark and red blade
