1.Present simple is used for something habitual...and for something that is always true. We use time expression adverberbs like..often ,usually etc.example...she works at home, She is house servant, the sun rises in the east, 2.present continous is used to express what u are doing at that moment u are speaking. Example: I am eating lunch (misa eyebelahu new). 3.present perfect. To express ur experience (Have u ever been in London ? I have never seen a tigger. .Neber ayche alawkm ). 3.1 This tense has also be used so as to express something happened in the past but it's effect is still in the present time. I have taught English for ten years (since and for are used mostly.Just, Already,Never,ever,yet are also used here). Example:-Ante mgb belteh new yalehew or ante mgb satbela aleh eskahun? Just like this...you have eaten ur lunch...Haven't you eaten ur lunch yet? Present perfect continous is used to express attention or focus... Let me focus on past perfect and it's continous l Example. I HAD WORKED ...serche neber. I had been working...sisera neber. I had been teaching here when you were child. The main difference between "present perfect tense" , "simple past tense" , "past perfect tense" and past perfect continuous tense is as follows 1. Simple past tense used to describe actions completed long time ago. For example, I ate injera yesterday. 2. Present perfect tense used to describe actions completed short time ago. For example, I have eaten injera 10 minutes ago. 3. Past perfect tense is used to describe two past actions at a time. For example, I had done my bachelor's degree before I did my master's degree. 4. Past perfect continuous tense is used to describe actions happening for specific period of time and completed in the past. For example, I had been working as a teacher since 1999 for five years. # The action always has starting and ending time when is in the past. In the above example the action was started in 1999 and completed in 2004. Thank you BETSEGA ! Give me your opinion please .

Time determines the tense that you are supposed to use I If you visited Libya long time ago, starting from yesterday, We must describe the action using simple past tense . If you visited Libya short time ago,like as from today backwards you must describe the action using present perfect tense i.e has/have + V3

when the subject is singular it takes singular verb( exampe she works every day) and also when the subject is plural it takes plural verb( they work every day) this is the simple present tense used in habitual action.
