Good comparison video BTW . I bought OnePlus 12R 16/256GB on exchange with redmi 10 and got it for 39,500Rs which is way worth than buying the base variant and other 2 phones. Satisified with bigger battery,awesome main camera,buttery smooth screen and UI with 120hz display and 1.5k resolution ,haptics everything is good but only disappointed in 2mp macro and 8mp ultrawide and no 1080p 60fps recording on selfie cam(even my older Xiaomi mi 11 lite NE 5G had 1080p 60fps recording on selfie cam ).They should have invested some more effort into making a better ultrawide or a good telephoto lens instead on that macro :( but overall a really good phone

I dont know why so much hate to Funtouch OS 14 . . One can unintsall/disable bloatwares easily and also off background internet in those apps. There is good enough customization in funtouch OS 14 and you can also select 'apply color to icon' mode to make app icons look like nothing phone 2 Moreover thanks to Q1 chip, there is MEMC and super resolution mode which works flawlessly with Netflix or KZbin. You will love how smooth the content runs on the screen. And ofcourse gaming features which is cherry on the cake while playing top tier games. I have used oxygen OS in my OnePlus 6 phone and now I'm using funtouch OS 14 and I don't have any issue with it in day to day life.

I am using iqoo Neo 7 and it is pathetic. Battery backup is worst after Android 14 update. My phone sometimes lags in normal usage thanks to its funtouch os. Software is not at all good plus it has very low resale value. Camera is also not at all satisfactory.

Users like us can use ADB commands to get rid of the junk but that is not an average user, which is way greater in numbers. Also there are users who prefers their phone to look a certain way, lets say the notification panel. Nothing phone 2 gives a stock like look with extra unique features like lockscreen widgets and others have a different look and feel to animations and UI elements. No software is "BAD" but it is about preference how one want their phone to work, look, and feel like.

for that price you can get iphone 13 . I own s22 now and used ip13 for a year trust me samsungs battery,heatingissues,slight stutter and lags are much more observable than iphone13. Camera quality is still far from being good as iphone. Phones practically perform alot different than on paper specifications.

And no UI lags even in oneplus or neo 9 pro having 8 gen 2 infact the only ui which is having lot of bugs is nothing phone 2 that's the reason they keep on giving updates every now and then to fix their bugs. This is what happens when people like you just read specs. Nowhere in any apps or UI it will go to 144hz. 144Hz works ONLY in Games when Interpolation is On. So it is effectively a 120Hz display Only. So I said the right thing
