Can someone briefly tell me what Gjon's saying here ? I speak 0 French, but I'm in a search for content about him, since Eurovision made me obsessed with this talented young man ❤️ I'm so sad he didn't have a chance this year, but at least I have one reason to wait for ESC 2021 :)

He learned that he was selected for Eurovision in December and said it was like a christmas gift for him. He said if he had to participate in another contest (after the voice France) it was really important for him to sing a song he was involved into. (he cowrote it) Then he briefly talked about the themes of the song, (self questioning and origins) , that he wanted something maybe deeper than a love song. He wants people who are asking existential questions to themselves to enjoy present and stop thinking too much (cause it can be hurtful sometimes) The interviewer said that it is a consecration to have a singer from French-speaking Switzerland for representative. Gjon says his participation at the voice gave him a lot of experience and he was glad to participate. He thanked the swiss delegation and the juries who supported him, trusted him and voted for him. He said he was often asked " would you have preferred the last year's swiss candidate (Luca) to be less good ?" and said he's just happy that they have so many good singers and songs in Switzerland, he often heard people saying "swiss music is dead" and he replied no, we still do great music and hopes with the contest that swiss music will be more valued in Switzerland. He's proud to sing in one of the 4 official languages of Switzerland. He talked about his origins and people who wanted him to make a choice between his two nationalities. He thanks people for all the support. (Sorry for my english)
