Apart from being a war-themed song, Silhouette also has real-life meaning for the artist. As he repeatedly stated in his live videos and as it is featured on Gjon’s Tears Daily’s entries and Gjon’s current label Jo&Co’s tweet, the story of the song can be traced back to the time of Kosovo war when his grandmother told her son to leave and build a life somewhere that he can be happy so Gjon’s father moved to Switzerland.

@@voloshanca France and Albania have TV shows to pick their entry. French people in particular are so patriotic, I don't think the public would choose someone who already went for another country. In Switzerland the broadcaster chooses. So if he did want to return, it would be more straightforward to get picked by the team he already knows then to compete against many other people in a TV show. Also I read in an interview that he travels between the two countries regularly. But I agree that it would be good to see another side of the Swiss music industry rather than having the same person 3 years in a row.

J'ai eu la chance de le découvrir dans The Voice 2018 (ou 2019, petit doute). Puis après il devait faire l'Eurovision 2020 avec Répondez moi (son plus beau chef d'œuvre selon moi) mais annulé à cause du covid. Reconduit à l'eurovision 2021 avec Tout L'Univers puis ensuite encore dans The Voice, l'édition All Star. Jamais aucun artiste m'avait autant transpercé avec autant d'émotions et une voix aussi angélique venue d'ailleurs.

Je vais pas m'étaler sur la qualité et la beauté de la voix, des chansons, et des textes, mais une chose qui me surprend toujours autant c'est qu'il a des capacités techniques hallucinantes, mais qu'il fait toujours attention à ne pas en abuser. C'est ça la vraie classe, ne pas jouer son atout toutes les deux secondes.
