Album is on its way, it got slowed down due to the new COVID strain preventing him from meeting with some producers in the US and UK but he’s said to at least expect singles by the end of the year 💙 also he wanted to be with Zazie so bad so he could work with her too 😁

It was recorded in November 2020, so ESC 2020 was just cancelled, and you can also see it in his hair, the pandemic fluff 😂 And he’s working on his album, that he wants to release in (I thought) 2022, but due to the Corona pandemic it’s slowed down a lot, and he wants to make and record only the best of the best songs, so it will be released if he’s happy with it (he wants perfection, so… 😂)

This was the perfect move. (1) As someone already wrote, this was recorded before ESC. He is still far from being an established artist and this will make him more widely known, particularly in France. (2) He wanted to work so much with Zazie, which he now can. (3) He agreed to take part in the event under the condition that they would help him find a label, which worked out fine. What else could he wish for?

The way Mika turned around and was like “of course it’s him!”. Gjon’s Tears’ reputation and talent precedes him, he’s super talented and his performance at ESC is still on repeat!

Ses notes en voix de tête sont juste sublimes, célestes, cristallines. Et sa voix pleine n'est pas en reste. Ses basses sont aussi magnifiques. Il n'y a rien a jeter! Et ses propres singles sont grandioses. L'un lui a permis de finir 1er du vote des jurys professionnels de tte l'Europe à l'Eurovision 2021 et se classer 3ème au final.

Pour ceux qui l'ignoreraient, il a terminé premier cette année au terme du vote des jurys professionnels de toute l'Europe à l'Eurovision, et au final, après l'ajout des points du vote du public, il a rétrogradé, mais il a tout de même fini 3ème de l'Eurovision 2021. Si c'était seulement les pros de la musique qui jugeaient, il aurait donc gagné l'Eurovision et offert une 3ème victoire à la Suisse après Céline Dion en 1988 & la 1ère édition. Faut avouer qu'il le méritait largement + que le groupe de rock italien qui a gagné.

I'm so glad ,The Voice once introduced this breathtaking artist to a bigger audience. Now he has proved his quality as a singer/songwriter on the massive ESC stage and is known and respected in many countries. He probably will not make a mainstream career like James Arthur or Kelly Clarkson, but Gjon's Tears enriches the world of music in his own way.

@@rafaelyosbergue3708 Oui, et il a même fini 1er des votes de jury pro de tte l'Europe, à l'Eurovision. Il a ensuite rétrogradé à la 3ème place parce qu'il a eu moins de points de la part des fans que l'Italie et la France. La chanson française, très Edith piafienne mérite de figurer ds le top 3, comme la Suisse de Gjon's. Je suis mois convaincu par les gagnants rockeurs italiens. J'ai préféré largement l'Ukraine et sa techno/world music, ou le hard rock finlandais.
