When you push yourself up, make a fist with your hand and push up, instead of using a flat hand on the ground. This strengthens your wrist and fingers and it does not damage the palm side of your gloves which is very important.

I tried Renegade before. Actually, it was the very first pair I got myself when I first arrived in the States. Latex is not the grippiest in the world, but VERY durable. Given the durability, I would rank Renegade among my top 5 favourite goalkeeper glove brands!
