MUGEN Window Visor Vent Install | 2023 FL5 Civic Type R

Today we install the Mugen JDM Window Visors on the 2023 FL5 Civic Type R! Unfortunately all instructions are in Japanese, but a translator app greatly helps.
These are a perfect fit and look great on the car, and I am able to crack my windows now while blocking most dust, rain and wind.

Tip for anyone installing, peel back the tape from both sides as a precaution in case it snaps when pulling it out. That way you can just pull from the other side . If not you’ll get stuck with only half peeled and stuck to the window frame.

The JDM makes oem guards but for the price might as well get the mugen since it comes with mugen brownie points

Dam those door visors way overpriced, i got similar ones for my civic, same material and all , just without the mugen badge for like $60. $200+ premium is crazy, you can buy your mugen badge or stickers and put on yourself lol.

@BuyYourBuild 🤣🤣🤣. The only thing out there that could add value is the HPD kit and that's only because some dealers through it on the car to charge more or you could have them install it for me. So if you were to install it yourself, it would be like they installed it and possibly give you a little extra whenever you trade it in. Even then, it's a long stretch.

Yeah nobody buys window visors to add value. I personally love the Mugen but I also don’t judge others who go the cost effective route. To each their own I say.
