as long as it's portioned and stuff, bbq chicken and veggies don't seem that unhealthy (plus it's not like they're deep frying stuff like we do in america haha) and a lot of korean dishes are just inherently healthy as well without sacrificing the taste

@@romaniagoh8146 sure but it's quite a cut down/edited video as opposed to those mukbang streams where they eat continuously for an hour or so, tho i think gabie posted a workout vid some time ago too, so there's prolly enough going on in their off hours to stay in shape (there are some LPers that are pretty fit as well lol). plus ollie may not be as muscly but he doesnt look esp chubby either lol and he still has kinda a youthful look even after having a kid of his own lol

Can be genetics but for most cases people do miles of cardio, which we don't tell you about nor does he have to. Calories in and out, not that hard to comprehend. For example.. I'm a heavy eater... (Burgers,pizza, burritos, anything I want on each meal) Whatever the case I run about 3-5 miles a day 5 days a week, which only takes about 30mins a session. If I stop the cardio and eat the same, I'd gain a ton of weight. So if you're ever thinking someone can eat whatever they want and not gain weight. Think twice. We're just not seditary. Find time to workout and lower your calories a bit if you gained weight instead of doing crazy diets and getting jealous.

@@Kurry34 yeah, prolly depends on the individual, tho also age might be a factor, and lifestyle changes, i'm sure ppl have either lost or gained a lot of weight during the pandemic. tho other than not dealing with other ppl it's prolly nice to take a quick walk in a neighborhood and not deal with other ppl or kids running around. that said, nothing wrong with enjoying junk food now and then but i assume '500 calories' worth of pizza is prolly a bit heavier/cholesterol and such versus 500 calories of like, a chicken and rice dish

Not fair…but also, life has pros and cons for everyone. Nobody’s life is easy nor perfect. Just may seem that way. But I fully understand Ollie’s comment in that old video, I think in either Jolly, most likely, or KE. That is quoted here. I was like, so shy, in KE and Jolly videos but then realized they keep those channels family friendly. Gabbie is more open to show some wink at adult content without going too far. Just a bit embarrassing sometimes😅…😂~ I thought he would put a shirt on after a bit. But he kept it off so long. Maybe to help her channel as she gets back on track to uploading more often again?😁

I highly recommend making pizza with the new ceramic bbq/grill! My family got one of these last year, and one of the first things we did was make pizza. Honestly one of the best dishes we made at home, and like Josh said, the radiating heat of the ceramic made cooking them super fast and the crust soooo crispy.

3:19 이 중에서 숯불닭갈비가 가장 맛있을 것 같아요. 전 150g에 15만원 넘는 한우(15년 전)보다도 야외에서 먹었던 숯불닭갈비가 훨씬 더 강렬하게 기억에 남아요. 뼈를 붙인 상태에서 닭을 통으로 넙적하게 손질한 뒤 마늘이 많이 들어간 붉은 양념에 마리네이드하고 2시간 뒤에 통으로 참숯에 구웠더니.. 그 향기에 주변에 지나가는 사람들이 다 환호성을 질렀었죠. 이웃 집에서 이건 한 입 안주면 반칙이라며 초인종 누를지도 몰라요 ㅎㅎ
