To answer your question, at 32:40 Brodie's tee shot hits a tree and flies to the right where there are lots of trees and bushes and Luke says that that area is Jussi's prison (the trees and bushes make it hard to get out of there). Usually people use the word Jail to describe a place like that, but it seems that Luke just didn't find the right word.
