What Emily did was to introduce, accept and follow a shift in perspective in storytelling, that not only gave us WayHaugt but also WynDoc. Because it gave us Doc, Dolls, Jéremy, Nedley, Robin many different masculinities that are able to exist and live without having to subject anyone.

megan just mentioned something that caught my ear about waverly being loving and compassionate and supportive. as strange as it may sound character waverly and the person dom are really role models for me. i am working on becoming a person like that. one who is more open and loving yet strong and supportive. i'm more of an introvert and i've closed myself off from feelings for so long it will be a struggle.

Same, Robert, same. The deepest gift from this show is being freed from locking away earnest thoughts and feelings and being wary of being at worst, mocked/attacked, and at best just avoided entirely, for speaking and communicating earnestly with other humans. It's completely ridiculous and utterly infuriating that there are forces and pressures that want everyone so divided and alone, easier to control. Emily, and cast and crew, and Earpers all just prove that that is entirely unacceptable. Am I am introvert or have I just been conditioned to self-hate and self-doubt and self-monitor to such a strict degree that it's no wonder that interactions are exhausting instead of nourishing. I wonder...

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this excellent panel. Watched it yesterday evening very late and now again. You're all so wonderful gorgeous strong women. A really delight. That special gift of Waverly & Nicole will forever stay with us. Also thanks to mention Melanie, the born Wynonna. Without her that show wouldn't have never seen the light. I didn't want to cry because crying is not bringing us a season 5, but I couldn't help at the end of the panel. One last thing: Lately I read a lot on social media about that Dom isn't interested or committed anymore, because she cancelled cons which are outside Canada and that she is rarely to be seen on social media or doing virtual cons etc. To all these people twaddling about that I can only say: Watch this panel and your twaddling is just social media blabber.

There is just something so special about Kat! I fail to see anyone else when she is on my screen. Her presence is just so magnetic, so warm, so grounding, I just...she makes you feel like she'll save you from every problem in your life even though she doesn't know u! It's incredible! I've never seen anyone like her before. Despite being the most gorgeous woman on the planet, there has never been a hint of arrogance or pride. Just heartwarming humility, vulnerability and grace. She is the stuff dreams are made of! I don't know how is it possible for anyone who knows about her existence, to not be hopelessly in love with her! Add to that, she is one of the most versatile, intelligent, nuanced actresses ever...and criminally underrated at that! She didn't have a writer backed role like Melanie and Dom, but she went out and totally owned her role as Nicole and forced the show to create stuff for her, despite being a recurring character in season 1! Which other actor could do this? She has ruled the hearts of every fan since the moment she swaggered into Shorty's, like only she could. She gave Nicole so much more than what was written on paper, to Wayhaught too. Those lifts were her choice. No one else gets what the fans want like she does! She understands our fears, our hearts. She is a once in a lifetime gift that I'll be eternally grateful for. To live in the same times as her, what an honour, what a privilege! I could say a hundred more things about the gift that is Kat Barrell but it wouldn't still be enough. I love you Kat. So much! Thank you for being you and for being our Nicole Haught. It's a blessing.

Thank You for this amazing interview. We needed it, the Earpers are the family I never thought I needed and only Wynonna Earp can build a family like this. This show is actually 'lightening in a bottle' and we need this show to survive. I can't believe it will be the finale on friday. I am not ready for it to end, no one is. I cried with you like so many other Earpers, be it Earp sisters, Wayhaught, Wyndoc or any other characters like Mercedes we all love you and will continue to love you forever.
