100% run stormrazor with duskblade and triforce, after that find yourself either youmuus or a deaths dance (cdr) and an infinity edge. Build in whatever order you feel will spike the hardest, and then boots depending, I like to cheese with berserker grieves to add attack speed since this build has none other than triforce. Same build works on Darius, Sion, and anybody else who runs one shots with auto cancels/buffs. (Sion works since his q ad scaling is so high and this build has so much ad while buffing his crit stomp)

You dont buy runes anymore thankfully , its free for all . Garen mainly goes Conqueror( Big Axe icon ) , hit Garen runes on Google and you can see what most people pick . After some games you can tune it to your preference.
