I knew the band Glad in the late 70s thru 80's from Philly. The original band members were Ed Nalls and his brother Don Nalls, my good friend Bob Kauflin ,John Bolles,Brad Currie and Julie Kauflin on the sound system. I 'm forever grateful that they allowed me hangout with them.

I loved these guys! I saw them when they came to our church for a Christmas concert when I was a wee lad. Needless to say, my family bought a copy of each of the cds they'd brought to sell!

The Glad members that I remember from the late '70's and early '80's are Dan Knoll, Ed Knoll, and Bob Kaufman! I forget who the other's are! I saw them in 1985 at Reunion Arena in Dallas, and they were awsome to see.

Even their finger snapping is in perfect sync! At the very beginning, 0:16, the lead singer sounded a wee bit like Keith Green for a second or two. Great song and great group!

"You Put This Love in My Heart," written by Keith Green. I believe I have seen his version of it on KZbin. Keith died in the early 1980s in a plane crash.
