Wow! Great tribute by great musicians! It was more than 35 years ago I shared a near empty flight to Chicago with Joan Jett and her band members. One of the band members struck up a conversation with me, but I was a bit nervous being a Captain in the U.S. Army. He yelled out to Joan who was sitting several seats ahead and introduced me. She stood up, turned around and said ‘Hi’ and my name. Then she thanked me for my service.

John M., in his 80s, my dad lived with me during the last years of his life, and one of my happiest days was introducing him to KZbin. He loved your dance moves, and CCR, and was so excited to watch the videos, especially Proud Mary and Green River. Mixed emotions. Happy to hear songs that I grew up listening to (I still prefer the original, but there's a lot of talent on that stage here), and then sadness realizing that those days are long gone. So many changes throughout my life. Not only in the world in general, but in music as well. And, I am sorry to say, many of which were not for the better.

Wow! I know it's a show, but I remember this without all the bells and whistles they've added! I played this often as part of a band in the old days. There really is no need for a backing chorus, extra vocals and so on. But it's good that a great song from the 60's is still out there, andI thank them for that. If there was a sax in there, I missed it.
