Gladiator II (Review): Are you not entertained?

Lucius had hardly any proven military experience that we could see. He basically tried to copy Maximus the whole movie. All of the things they added to try to connect the two movies didn’t make a lot of sense and were even ridiculous at times. It was like they tried to reboot the old movie while also continuing the story. I didn’t like it much, maybe it would have been better if they told an unconnected story with references to Maximus in the more distant past.
