She sounds good, but time and I believe illness, has taken its toll. I also noticed she is wearing a lace-front wig. Gladys ALWAYS had a beautiful head of hair. At one point, I believe Gladys said she is suffering from the same ailment as Aretha Franklin, pancreatic cancer. I hope she is doing well. I have always admired her beauty, style, grace, and talent.

The song "Landlord" by Gladys Knight and The Pips was one of the songs that I remember from that tape. It's one of my favorites by GK. Although, my all-time favorite is "The Makings of You" from the "Claudine" soundtrack. Her voice was like pure honey on that one. We're blessed, Sis, to even have Mother's to raise us and love us.
