Val!! Sis, you did the thing with making your faux tile, and added in with the real tiles it gives the backsplash dimension and elegance. I would never thought to use foam board. I have several rolls of the mirror contact paper and plenty of foam board. I invited you to my house to do my kitchen; anytime you want to come I'm available. TFS, be safe and be blessed. 💙💙💙💙💙
