I had never really given much thought to the difference between the two channels (and the difference between fx and body painting). It makes so much sense now that it's been brought to my attention. I guess I just never thought about it since I never actually try to do any looks (I can't even do a proper winged eyeliner), I just love watching them apply them and see the end results. She did a really good job in the end though! The glass may not be perfect (still good for a first try and without a super thin brush), but her blood and the lace came out great!

Katarina DeWeese yea I work at six flags great America close to Chicago! It's a lot of fun I never feel like I'm working when I'm there! Before I had this job I had absolutely no makeup experience professionally. All I had was a portfolio of about 10 looks I had done on a couple of my friends. This will be my 4th season this year and honestly I've learned so much than I ever thought I would and have improved greatly. If you want to improve your makeup skills and learn a lot id definitely suggest auditioning! Everyone has different skills and backgrounds and we learn off of eachother! Like one big family❤️

I can’t draw for shit either, but somehow when it comes to SFX and even some avant-garde beauty looks, I am able to pull everything together by the end. i would love to see you try to recreate this bloody mary look with fx stuff. like maybe putting 3d objects to represent a mirror and making your skin look bloody underneath and really making your eye look like it was misplaced by the mirror. i dont know, just a thought. it would be cool to see your spin on it:)

Cindy Kitty get some kind of hollo reflective paint for the mirror bits! Or "mirror" jutting out of her face. Like parts of her face have become a curved mirror and are falling apart. . (Gawd that would be an amazing half mask)
