Thank u! "Dabbing" is a key technique for mature eyes where lids are crepey and "loose" . Since mature lids are not taught, dragging brush back and forth moves the skin creating skipping and is rough on delicate lids

I gave up on video tutorials for hooded eyes several years ago because the techniques were too hard to replicate. I think it's a miracle that I found your video!
