Aww thank you Tonya! I appreciate you! Just a heads up, I really appreciate your video on the rice water, though not for the obvious reasons! You mentioned inositol in the video and how it was naturally occurring and aiding in growth. Me being the person I am, I was like “let me look this up and see what all I can find out about it.” I looked it up and found out that it helps women who have PCOS with balancing out their hormones, stopping make pattern baldness due to PCOS, managing weight gain, fighting insulin resistance, fighting anxiety, and a litany of other things. When I tell you it was a God send to find that out, I really mean it! Alison was diagnosed with PCOS many years ago, it made it VERY difficult for us to conceive, doctors told us we couldn’t have kids. Alexzandria is our miracle baby, we tried for her for 3 years. I have shared the information I’ve learned with Alison and she is now looking into inositol more for her health, as she battles with everything I listed that inositol is supposed to help with. I thank God for you sharing your knowledge, and for Him leading me to dive deeper, and I’m praying that the information helps improve her health and quality of life.
