If I was her manager I'd of given her a different stage name. Too many people called Nicole. And I think people disliked her for getting all the shine in the group. I'd tried of create a more sisterly image while still making her stand out talent wise etc. However depending her age when starting the group I'd of just made her solo. I think there's a difference between being in a group young with a cousin etc(destiny's child) and being put together by a label. A lead vocalist with backup dancers etc. Just have her solo if you believe in her potential. And put melody solo too. Or in a group she can get more shine.
