As someone who deals with frequent discharge, I've found a tissue paper more useful, comfy and practical than panty liners. Not only is it cheaper, it's easier to discard and can be changed more frequently than liners. Go for thicker, textured ones as they stay in place and less likely to leak.

There are literally so many females who are unaware of how to take care of their private parts. In my country like India, women hide any infection or other bad private health related issues. I have seen my grandmother do that, and that's why her health grew worse. Learning how to take care of private areas should be a must for both men and especially women. My mother never told me how to exactly keep my private parts healthy and clean or maybe she doesn't even know. My friends and i were never taught about seggs. fuck conservative parent, even schools here don't teach about seggs and contraceptions. HI Jyotsna, thank you for the input😊 However, toilet paper is made from short cellulose fibres, which is why it tears so easily. In water, those fibres quickly come untangled and form a thin sludge that’s easily carried by the water flow in the sewage system.By the time it reaches the sewage treatment plant, most of the toilet paper has completely disintegrated, and goes straight to the sludge digester tanks to be broken down into compost. There are only three things you can safely flush down the toilet into the sewer system -pee, poo and (toilet) paper. Just remember those three as the three Ps that you can flush. And don't forget, "flushable" wipes are not really flushable. We hope this clarifies any doubts you have 😊 Team Glamrs
