I gotta try this!! I often braid or twist my hair for overnight waves after blow drying but sometimes they don't come out as voluminous as I'd like - this would definitely work better for me!

Check your ferritin on your blookwork. It should be at least 70 for optimal hairgrowth. Ferritin is your iron that is stored. Most women assume it's just due to menopause but low iron and D contribute to hairloss too. Hope this helps.

I’m 54. Liquid Geritol fixed that problem. Has iron and B vitamins.
