Soooo relaxing 😍 Have you tried using loose leaf tea? The taste is better and you get more of the benefits of the leaves. Plus a lot of companies bleach their tea bags and overprocess the leaves which is unhealthy for you. Also I'm definitely in agreement with having a clean kitchen before bed...a clean house really. I can't go to bed with the house a mess. My mind won't calm and I'll be restless. Loved this video!
