Hello i have bin on guard for 5years at my high school. And my guard instructor is more a silk person then rifle. And my rifle is really heavy! I took the weights out and they were as long as my forearm! But now I seem to have no control over my rifle. Should I put thw weights back in or what should I do?

You might have an old-school color guard rifle, and those suckers were HEAVY. The guards I teach use King Kong rifles - they arrive pre-taped and ready to spin. You can order them at designsbyking dot com. They probably weigh a lot less than the one you're spinning. Good luck!
