That Black dude in the beginning is my older Sponsor from early 1988 when I was 15 as a Junior member of the Fire Company. Word, me and that dude have been of fires together since 1988.

Based on your Clips/ Posts it seems like this Section of the State of Delaware is not having the Manpower Issues that many other Volunteer Fire Departments are experiencing.

It's the same all over. So instead of scratching on calls, some fire companies have an automatic dual response, roll each rig with only 3 personnel, have hired part time employees for Fire & Rescue. Its a lot of apparatus on calls because , there is an overflow of apparatus assigned to Run Cards. The most that you'll ever see on purpose from any Home company is 3 fire rigs for a structure Box. When 5 to 10 years ago those 3 fire rigs were normal response expectancy.
