I like that crying can be viewed as something that isn’t sad, or bad. It can be actually very happy, just finding a quiet place, maybe some soft music, and just weep. It’s melancholy, but it helps a lot with processing feelings, and it can feel very good to just let it all out, release that tenseness and negetive energy Having what I call “depressive episodes” feels very nice sometimes, just being able to take everything in, and drop it.
