Glass Dover Hydraulic Elevators at the Holiday Inn in Crystal Lake, IL

(May 2024) This is a set of two tall Dover elevators at the Holiday Inn in Crystal Lake, IL. These are Dover from 1988 and have Impulse fixtures. I like how these are glass and go "up and out" from the lobby.

You can tell which one has had the motor replaced for sure. Dover perfected a quiet pump that often hasn't been duplicated by any of the newer manufacturers. However the sounds of the new pumps are epic.

The right elevator sounds like a submersible pump while the left sounds dry powered. Very nice elevators. I love Dover impulses
