Hi, I'm happy to hear my videos are helping for you to enjoy the GHM. I've been wearing Keen Targhee trekking shoes for ~15 years in the bush, but for Beerwah & Tibro I wore my Five-Ten Tennies for better grip - they're effectively climbing shoes. I don't think they're manufactured anymore, so I'd recommend another "approach" shoe, something like the La Sportiva TX range. Hope that helps, Richard.
