unfortunately i feel your pain, we’re being stung $400 a week for a room. We’re watching all the homes in our area surpassing $640k and the land is all 300k plus too. The rates and inflation is the entire reason we will never own a home of our own. And the home we get will be the most ragged rundown should be condemned pos ive ever thought of. I really hope for you man that the rent doesn’t rise further, but unfortunately, i feel like if theres a mortgage on the place you’re in, its inevitable
