To everyone who complaining about her language, she's not even speaking her native tongue, she is speaking in english...yes she has an accent for whatever her culture is, but y'all can easliy rewind this video as many times as you need to catch what she saying... Its baffling to me how many of y'all are writing and posting on here in the comment section in english, but y'all swear y'all can't understand her🙄she speaks very proper and clear...she has an accent, learn how to get used to other people accents, that are different from your own...her and I have totally different accents, but im focused and listening, thus I hear exactly what she is saying and clearly...y'all need to tighten up and get right, SHE SPEAKS JUST FINE.

@camillegraves9257, I just wanted to say a big thank you for standing up for me. It means a lot that you noticed and took the time to support me. 🙏🏾🥰 I guess a lot of people don't know that pressing the "CC" (Closed Captions) button on the videos will turn on the subtitles so you can read along with what is being said. Thank you very much❤️

I guess the problem isn't about English accent.... instructions are easier to follow however those who aren't from scientific background may experience difficulty in understanding the names taken... Cecil is very thorough while explaining❤❤ but the mentioning of ingredients in description box or onscreen could make it a lot more easier for all❤❤

Cecil Vig Glass Skin Rice Water Face Gel Recipe ***Note: I’ll am ONLY sharing what I wrote down while listening to her video. Cecil Vig , please correct me if I am wrong*** I added a few items in parentheses which may be easily found at home •88.70g rice water (uncooked organic rice rinsed with cold tap water, drain and soak in 150g of cold distilled water for 2 hours stir and strain through cheesecloth (Maybe an ultra fine sieve, a NEW wig cap/stocking cap could work as well-unused) •9g vegetable glycerin •1g Xanthan gum (mix with vegetable glycerin before pouring into rice water) •0.2g hyaluronic acid •1.1g preservative Eco Mix well PH value should be 4.5-5.5 to not disrupt first layer of skin Add 2g gel to 8g distilled water and test the pH level using a pH strip or digital pH tester Can be used morning and night on clean damp face. Rub in for 1 minute and follow with your moisturizer
