As for who those two who Nanami and Yuji fought, I believe its actually the lady that was selling tickets and the cleaner. Just to be clear, transfigured humans aren't curses, they may look like them, but they've got physical bodies as curses don't, so people can see them in all circumstances. So when Shoko (the doctor sorcerer) said they're former humans she meant that now they've been transfigured into something people would rather not call human anymore.
