مساء الخير هل ضروري يتغير بعد فترة واحط كومبوزيت؟؟ وكمان لو بعد فتره مافي اي الم مع الgic وغيرناه ل composite وصار في الم او تحسس ممكن من نوع الcomposite ؟ وكيف نتفادى هالمشكلة؟! شكراً 🌹

حسب الحالة، بعض الأحيان إذا difficult isolation ما نغيره لأن composite needs proper isolation. وإذا تم تغيير الحشوة إلي composite ممكن يحصل حساسية حسب الحالة وعمق التسوس وحساسية المريض.

Ma'am after restoration, do we have to apply vaselin/cocoa butter since gic is moisture sensitive? Thank you for this informative video!

If it is conventional GIC, yes, we need to apply. If it is resin-modified GIC it is not necessary. You are welcome!

Hello! Thank you for your awesome work! The glass ionomer cement is auto polimerizing, right? Is it faster in setting with humidity in the mouth when you remove the matrix, or it sets in the same time?

Hello! You are welcome. Yes, depending on the type, the RMGI is dual cured so it needs also to be light cured. The conventional GIC is chemical setting (auto setting). Both set relatively fast, even the RMGI has a faster setting time than the resin-based composite. So in all cases you wait for it to set (which is relatively fast), then you remove the matrix band to avoid gap formation and inaccuracies in the contact and contour if the band is removed before the material sets. Typically the material starts to set as you are creating the occlusal anatomy and removing the excess, so you need to work fast.

Doctor my crown cap chirp and broke from sides and cap is on pre molar all three left bottom Three cap were together now split to 1 and two I was able to put cap bk i got lutin GIC online but i cant afford dentist cap or new crown now My capp kerp coming off in one month or may be two Is it bcz i am not using curing light. The lutin GIC i m using is brand reva Can u please reply and is tgeir any composite i can use to glue that broken chirp cap from side I mean ofcourse metal ceramic crown cap has metal inside and white ceramiccoating outer layer what is that outer layer material used while making metal crown cap( that white material cracked and chirp from side)

Sadly if the crown is chipped anything performed at home will be very temporary and will not last. If the tooth underneath is exposed then it will need to be repaired or replaced at the dentist office. If the tooth is not exposed and covered with the metal or ceramic and it is not bothering you, you can leave it as it is until you can find a dentist in your budget to replace it or repair the chipping according to the need.

انا بحثت عنه ملقتش الا فيديوهات شرح وبطرق صعبه طريقة حضرتك ما شاء الله مبسطه جدا وبتشرحى ادق التفاصيل الف شكر بحثت عن الكيت كصور لقيت صوره من شركة 3m فكنت بتاكد من حضرتك اسم الشركه اللي حضرتك استخدمتى المنتج بتاعو في الفيديو وجايبه منه اللي استخدمتيه في الفيديو لو ينفع يعنى علشان اشترى الكيت لانى معجب بالفيديو اوى لان ميزة ان ملوش كومديشنر او coat هيحل مشاكل كبيره كمان ليا في البيدو علشان لعاب الاطفال فعاجز عن الشكر والله حليتى مشكله كبيره ليا
