Glastron Rebuild Nightmare! Rebuilding a Boat Transom

Please keep these videos going! I had a 1974 Signa Delta trihull abandoned on my property I was able to take possession of. Completely rotten. Im stepping through the floor, pulling small trees out of the floor rotten. Im going to be gutting and starting the rebuild in the spring as a weekend project. These videos are extremely helpful!

Don't forget you will be adding some thickness when you add layers of fiberglass between the layers of plywood.

What if you put a bevel on the bottom of the transom, against the hull? That may let the wood drop down a bit more? Using a router?

@@michaelromer2016 Your Welcome! I used your videos a year and a half ago to go from not owning a boat, to owning a fully rotten boat, to a working 70's 15' TriHull. Did the floatation foam and everything!
