Now that's perty neat see the inside like that... considering all the thrashing that goes on inside there those tungsten rasp bars look really good for 15 or so years of use 👍
@Hinesfarm-Indiana13 сағат бұрын
@@tnhillbilly1307 yeah their in good shape

Have you done a shop tour video? If not you should. Looks like you have a nice steel building.

We put corn head grease in our rotor gear box that stopped it from leaking.

@@randyberry8350 thanks for watching. Has that worked good for you?

@Hinesfarm-Indiana yes we used that way for several years. You do a great job on your videos.

Can you explain the rotor set up a little more? I haven't seen that setup on anything I've read. Why did you leave the helical bars out behind the corn dam?
@Hinesfarm-Indiana12 сағат бұрын
@@familyfarmertn8931 thanks for watching. Yeah this setup is custom, I’ve added 2 bars on the back side of the cage now, that’ll be part 5 with more cage details. The rasp bars are tungsten so their like sandpaper they grab stuff and pull it through.
@familyfarmertn893111 сағат бұрын
@Hinesfarm-Indiana what about the section on the rotor with out rasp bars? I've never seen it before
@Hinesfarm-Indiana11 сағат бұрын
@ oh ok yeah it s got those angles and no bars, I’m not sure where those came from, we took it to a guy that added those, they have tungsten on them.
@familyfarmertn893111 сағат бұрын
@@Hinesfarm-Indiana I've seen the we're bars have been left out but not that setup. Do y'all like it? Do you know what the purpose is for doing this? I've seen where bars have been left out before

@ yeah it works great, it really helps in green stem beans

So there's no adjusting concave clearance on those things huh? Just speed her up or slow her down I guess.
@Hinesfarm-Indiana13 сағат бұрын
@@AgWildNebraska no you can adjust it, shut it down for beans and open it for corn.
@Hinesfarm-Indiana13 сағат бұрын
@@AgWildNebraska the concave is on the right hand side.
