I love Blaine's character dearly but I actually wanted him to go back to Dalton. Kurt was gone and there was nothing keeping him at McKinnley. I felt like he belonged with the Warblers more than the ND. (Then they could have showed more of Dalton life and Grant and developed the school into more than just generic high school rivals.)

I agree! It would have been cool to see other glee clubs at different schools and have whole new set of storylines and characters they could have developed instead of just sticking with one school! I mean the show is called Glee, not McKinley or New Directions. They could have expanded to other schools. Even could have had season featuring those other schools. Maybe one school per season and tie them in with each other, having different characters from different schools interacting with each other. Who knows, maybe this show would have lasted longer if they would have done that.

Screw that, Blaine and Sebastian and the Warblers and Dalton deserved the spin-off treatment. Blaine's character was criminally badly written to the point that he became the satellite love interest to Kurt when Blaine's always showed much promise to be an interesting character on his own. It also managed to be both a terrible waste of Darren Criss' talent while also making the ND fans angry because the producers realized NOT using Darren was a waste of a great actor/singer/dancer. By making it a spin-off, Blaine gets to FINALLY be the leading man properly and his character will finally developed into something interesting as it was hinted in the first couple of eps AND we get Darren Criss showing off in peace :) Win-win-win. Plus, it'd be interesting to see Blaine as Captain with Sebastian as his amoral number two or his rival for Captain (plus UST). And a teen show where the setting is a private school where the students AREN'T necessarily snobby assholes because they're genuinely nice kids and the school doesn't tolerate bullying and most of the kids know each other since diapers? That'd be interesting!

Blaine always belonged with the Warblers, I wish he had gone back with them right here. Sebastian would have loved his dark side, all of the Warblers were willing to bring him in and heal him again. I also think that if he had gone to Sebastian instead of Facebook guy then I think Sebastian wouldn't have let him cheat but made him snuggle and watch nerdy movies all night and then Blaine would have fallen in love with him......why isnt that a Fanfiction? excuse me while I go write that.

it's nearly four in the morning and here i am, crying about seblaine yet again in 2016 ... smh @ me. tbh this is the perfect song for them though. they've both, by this point, had wake up calls on how dark their dark sides can get and in an episode where Blaine needs to learn to start loving himself again & own his mistake, move on, and forgive himself ... along comes Sebastian, who totally gets what Blaine's going through. and so they sing this song, like, straight up pointedly singing *at each other* and you see why they were friends and why Blaine could have forgiven him for the death slushie. and it ALWAYS gets me how this is a song abt having flaws but at the end Sebastian calls him 'flawless' ... goes to show that they could have a rly mutually equal relationship that understands people make mistakes but as long as you own up to it and do better next time you're not some monster. you can find love again. idk man, i just think these two would gel so well together. other things: Blaine sounds great, and lol @ Sebastian totally checking him out near the end there. man's got good taste.

And what they are singing is something that they both need to hear. I never even caught on to the song being about flaws and dark sides but Sebastian ends the song with talking about Blaine being flawless. I love that!
