I like Sam a lot ! He is a great character always kind and he always wants to help. I have to be honest if for me Quinn and Puck were end game from the 1st season I liked seeing Quinn and Sam together. I felt so bad when she cheated on him with Finn. It was so obvious from the start that Finn and Quinn could never work. She would have cheat on Sam with Puck it would have been a very different story.

Here's a fact. Joe was about to get a role in season 2 but he never got it and turns out Sam got in the season 2. But finally he got to be in season 3.

A dude can resist his impulses in that he can control his actions because that's what makes a 'dude' a man not a slob who's always blaming women for 'tempting' him, but not even a man can control his feelings or responses because he's still human. If he can control himself in spite of what he's feeling that that's ok, and the first step is to acknowledge what he's feeling. By the way, I"m not talking from a religious perspective, I'm talking about having control over yourself rather than blaming someone else - ie not like Puck saying "I tried to resist Santana but I'm a dude, I have needs, and you haven't been giving it up to me since the night I knocked you up".

I liked Quinn best with Sam but Joe was a good possibility too. They had a lot of potential. But I always believed there was something genuine between her and Puck that they were just too messed up and immature to explore in earlier seasons so them ending up together didn’t really surprise me.

I was so disappointed in Glees representation of Christianity. Like, they go above and beyond for LGBTQ+ but somehow.its ok to stomp all over religion? Theu did nothing to explain what Christians truly are about and why we believe the things we do. They had a chance to inclusive and educate and they ruined it. :(
