This is the only scene from Glee I've ever seen (was recommended to me some months ago cos I like Smooth Criminal and I like The Flash, starring Grant Gustin obvs) so I didn't really know her name til someone pointed it out to me that she's the actress currently missing this past day or so. The director actually couldn't be there for this so they improvised most of the performance. You can kind of see when they're walking around the chairs Grant kept looking at Naya to make sure they were going the same way

I know this is late, but I didn't see anyone explaining rock salt for you. Rock salt is extremely acidic raw salt used to melt snow, it can melt through concrete if left for long enough or burn off human skin.

Rock salt used on snow. It's what salt trucks in snow use. Toxic has chemicals to burn ice/snow. Blaine was lead singer for warblers. Left school to follow Curt. Sebastian Smythe (Grant Gustin) took over the lead but was supposedly bay & wanted Blaine back w/ the Warblers. He threw a slushie w/ the rock salt aimed for Curt, Blaine got in the way. It injured his eyes. Could have been blinded. Grant had auditioned for Glee. He wasn't selected but was thought of to be Sebastian. He was only a limited number of episodes because he had auditioned for The Flash & got accepted. Quickly ending his tenure, they had him remorseful & sought amends.
