When you work for someone who really cares for their staff and just is there for them they become like family. My boss has been there through my break up, marriage and just ups and downs of life. She truly has become a friend. She says when we are at work we are business and priority is meeting our deadlines regardless of the world outside, but once we clock out and we all go to this bar, we become friends, family, or just people. Works out for us, there are about 7 of us and we are all like family.
