Dear these are not hills.. these are some of the tallest natural structures of planet around there.. and in one sight you can see the cold desert with might indus with rugged tallest mountains and snow on the top and lush green valleys .. what else you want.. its unique place on Planet.. I will tell you about Glen stomach problem , some people have alegy of weather , food , or water , I am from sialkot punjab , when ever I came to rawalpindi or gilgit I have diarrhoea, loose motion , so what I get result , you have to use mineral water bottle , don't drink local water , the problem is local water for Glen, now if you have medicine for bacteria it's fine , and try to eat clean food and use your own bottle or glass for water or tea ,

the views from top were amazing, but the fort is in bad condition i see it is being used roughly by people as well as far as food is concern, the place and quality seems ok but if i am in those areas i would have gone simple with just a cup of hot tea and a NAN directly from hot oven that's the best you can do with your stomach

there are different bacteria's and parasites that commonly cause diarrhea's in 3rd world countries. most commonly Ecoli, campylobacter jejuni ,Entamoeba histolytica and giardia etc - to name a few. I would recommend getting tested and treated otherwise you will continue to feel miserable.
